Open the Messages app
Tap Edit or Filters in the top-left corner
Tap Show Recently Deleted
Select the messages you want to recover
Tap Recover
Tap Recover Messages
Check iCloud backup
Go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap iCloud
Tap iCloud Backup
Restore the iPhone from a backup that may contain the deleted messages
Check Finder on Mac or iTunes on Windows
Connect the iPhone to the computer
Restore from an earlier backup that may contain the deleted messages
Check other Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID
Open Messages on iPad or Mac
Look for the deleted texts if they were not removed everywhere
Contact your carrier
Request message records if your carrier provides them
Use a third-party recovery tool
Scan the iPhone or backups for deleted messages
