Look in Azure AD or Entra ID if the device is managed by your work or school
Check Active Directory if your organization stores recovery keys there
Search your printed documents for the 48-digit BitLocker recovery key
Check any saved text files, USB drives, or password managers where you may have stored it
Ask your IT administrator if the device is managed by an organization
Check the BitLocker setup records or backup locations you used when enabling BitLocker
If you used a work or school account, sign in to the organization’s device portal and look for the recovery key
Look for the recovery key in your Microsoft account linked to the device
If you cannot find it, contact your organization’s support team or Microsoft support
