Check your phone’s saved passwords in iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, or device settings
Look through old notes, documents, or secure password storage you may have used
Ask your email provider’s support team for account recovery steps
If you are already signed in on another device, review saved credentials there
Reset the password if you cannot recover the current one
Update the password everywhere you use that email account after resetting
