Open the Settings app
Tap Phone
Look for My Number
Open Contacts and tap your name at the top to see your phone number
Open the Phone app and tap Contacts to check your own contact card
Go to Settings
Tap General
Tap About
Find Phone Number
Check the SIM card packaging or carrier account if the number is not shown on the iPhone
