Go to the Nether
Look for fortress-style structures made of dark red nether bricks
Search along long bridges and tall hallways
Explore near the Nether’s central axis, where fortresses often generate
Travel in one direction for a long distance to avoid circling the same area
Increase render distance if possible
Use coordinates to track where you have already searched
Fly with Elytra if available
Use a Nether Fortress locator seed map if you are on a known world seed
In Bedrock Edition, search in large open Nether areas between lava oceans and warped/crimson biomes
Check elevated terrain and lava sea crossings
Listen and watch for blaze spawners and wither skeletons
Mark explored paths with blocks or torches
If using cheats, enable spectator-like movement through commands or use a seed map
Use the `/locate structure fortress` command if cheats are enabled
