Check whether your Apple ID password is saved in iCloud Keychain on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, then Passwords, and search for Apple or Apple ID
On Mac, open System Settings, then Passwords, and search for Apple or Apple ID
Try using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to view saved passwords
If you use a browser password manager, check saved passwords in Safari, Chrome, or another browser
Use Apple’s account recovery page at iforgot.apple.com to reset your Apple ID password
Follow the prompts to verify your identity and create a new password
If you are already signed in on a trusted device, change the password in Settings or System Settings
Check whether your Apple ID is the same email address you use for iCloud, App Store, or iTunes purchases
Contact Apple Support if you cannot access a trusted device or complete account recovery
