Charge the controller fully
Use a different USB-C cable
Try a different USB port on the PS5
Restart the PS5
Reset the controller using the small reset button on the back
Re-pair the controller with the PS5
Update the PS5 system software
Update the controller firmware
Move closer to the console
Remove nearby wireless interference
Disconnect other Bluetooth devices
Turn off power-saving settings that may affect USB or Bluetooth
Test the controller on another PS5 or device
Check for physical damage on the controller or cable
Rebuild the PS5 database in Safe Mode
Initialize the PS5 if the issue continues
Contact PlayStation Support if the controller still disconnects
