Restart your PC
Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
Check for Windows updates
Run Update.exe as administrator
Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall
Perform a clean boot

Clear the SoftwareDistribution folder
Reset Windows Update components
Run System File Checker: `sfc /scannow`
Run DISM repair: `DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth`
Check disk for errors: `chkdsk /f`
Reinstall the program using Update.exe
Download the latest installer from the official source
Update Windows 10 to the latest version
Use Safe Mode to run the updater
Create a new user account and try again
Check file permissions for the Update.exe folder
Scan for malware
Use System Restore if the issue started recently
