Fold the flag lengthwise again so the blue field is on the outside
Make a triangular fold at the striped corner over the open edge
Continue folding the triangle along the length of the flag
Tuck any remaining fabric into the triangular folds
Continue folding until only the blue field with stars is visible
Ensure the final shape is a neat triangle with no stripes showing
