Open Facebook and log in to your account
Search for the person’s name
Open their profile
Click or tap Follow
If you do not see Follow, click or tap Friends first, then choose Follow
If the profile is private and you are not friends, you may need to send a friend request instead
To follow a page, open the page and click or tap Follow
To unfollow someone, open their profile and click or tap Following, then select Unfollow
