Open Gmail and click the gear icon
Select See all settings
Scroll to the Signature section
Click Create new
Enter a name for the signature
Type your signature text
Click the Insert image icon
Upload or paste the logo image URL
Resize the logo if needed
Format the text using the toolbar
Adjust alignment and spacing as desired
Choose the signature for new emails and replies
Scroll down and click Save Changes
