Use Gmail plus addressing: add `+alias` before `@gmail.com`
Example: `yourname+shopping@gmail.com`
Sign in to Gmail
Click the gear icon
Select See all settings
Open the Accounts and Import tab
Under Send mail as, click Add another email address
Enter the alias name and email address
Follow the verification steps
Use the alias when signing up for services or filtering mail
Create filters in Gmail to label or sort messages sent to the alias
