Open the Gmail app
Tap your profile picture in the top right
Tap Manage accounts on this device
Select the Google account you want to remove
Tap Remove account
Confirm by tapping Remove account again
If needed, repeat for other accounts
On iPhone, you may need to remove the account from device settings instead
On Android, removing the Google account signs you out of Gmail on that phone
