Wash the cherry tomatoes and remove any stems
Dry them completely
Sort out any damaged or overripe tomatoes
Leave them whole or cut them in half
Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet
Freeze until solid
Transfer the frozen tomatoes to freezer bags or airtight containers
Remove as much air as possible before sealing
Label with the date
Store in the freezer until needed
