Sort through the raspberries and remove any damaged, moldy, or overripe berries
Rinse the raspberries gently under cold water
Drain the raspberries well
Pat the raspberries dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel
Spread the raspberries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the berries are solid
Transfer the frozen raspberries to a freezer-safe bag or airtight container
Remove as much air as possible from the bag or container
Label the container with the date
Store the raspberries in the freezer until ready to use
