Cut open a ripe pomegranate and remove the seeds
Rinse the seeds to remove all pulp
Dry the seeds on a paper towel for a day
Fill a small pot with moist seed-starting mix
Press the seeds about 1/4 inch deep into the soil
Cover the pot lightly with soil
Mist the soil to keep it evenly moist
Place the pot in a warm location with bright indirect light
Keep the soil consistently moist, not soggy
Wait for sprouts to appear in 2 to 6 weeks
Transplant seedlings into larger pots after they develop several leaves
