Find a flower forest, plains, sunflower plains, or meadow biome
Look for a bee nest on an oak or birch tree
Wait for bees to fill the nest with honey
Make sure the hive is at honey level 5
Use a Silk Touch tool to break the bee nest
Pick up the bee nest as an item
Place it where you want the beehive
If you do not find a nest, craft a beehive with 6 wooden planks and 3 honeycombs
Get honeycombs by using shears on a honey-filled bee nest
Place the crafted beehive near flowers so bees can use it
