Choose a return method and drop-off location if needed
Print the return label if required
Package the item securely
Send the item back within the return window
Wait for Amazon to process the return and issue the refund
Check your payment method or Amazon account balance for the refund status
Contact Amazon Customer Service if the refund does not appear
