Visit the official UIDAI website
Go to the “My Aadhaar” section
Select “Retrieve Lost or Forgotten EID/UID”
Enter your Aadhaar number if required for verification
Complete the OTP verification using your registered mobile number
Download the Aadhaar card in PDF format from the website
Use your Aadhaar number to access the e-Aadhaar download option
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number
Open the downloaded PDF using the password format: first 4 letters of your name in CAPITALS + year of birth
If your mobile number is not registered, visit an Aadhaar Enrolment/Update Centre
Carry a valid identity proof to request a reprint or update your Aadhaar details
