Rinse the stain immediately with cold water from the back of the fabric
Blot gently with a clean cloth or paper towel
Apply a small amount of liquid laundry detergent or dish soap directly to the stain
Rub the fabric gently between your fingers
Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes
Rinse again with cold water
Repeat if needed
For stubborn stains, apply hydrogen peroxide to the stain
Test hydrogen peroxide on a hidden area first
Blot and rinse after a few minutes
Wash the shirt in cold water
Check that the stain is gone before drying
Air-dry the shirt if any stain remains
Repeat the treatment if the stain is still visible
