Pull the tape back slowly at a low angle
Use a hair dryer on low heat to soften the adhesive
Warm the tape for 20 to 30 seconds at a time
Continue peeling while the adhesive is warm
Apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol, adhesive remover, or warm soapy water to the residue
Let the remover sit for a few minutes
Wipe the residue with a soft cloth
Use a plastic scraper for stubborn spots
Repeat as needed until the wall is clean
Test any cleaner on a hidden area first
Avoid metal tools that can damage paint
Avoid soaking the wall with liquid
Touch up paint if needed after removal
