Click where you want to type
Press Search + Shift + Space
Use the emoji picker that appears
Click an emoji to insert it
If the shortcut does not work, right-click in a text field and look for Emoji
You can also use the on-screen keyboard
Open Settings
Go to Accessibility
Turn on On-screen keyboard
Tap the emoji key on the keyboard
Use the search box in the emoji picker to find specific emojis
