Raise Eevee’s friendship/high affection
Level Eevee up during the daytime
Avoid letting Eevee know a Fairy-type move if the game’s evolution rules require it
If the game uses a specific location or condition for Espeon, meet that requirement before leveling up
Evolve Eevee into Espeon once the daytime friendship condition is satisfied
