Download the statement in PDF or Excel format
Check your registered email for monthly statements, if enabled
Use the issuer’s customer care or helpdesk if the statement is not available online
Visit the bank branch or issuer support center if required
Keep your FASTag account number, vehicle number, and registered mobile number ready
Use the NHAI FASTag customer portal if your issuer supports statement access there
