Repeat the process if needed
For ballpoint ink, use hairspray or hand sanitizer if rubbing alcohol is unavailable
For washable ink, rinse with cold water immediately and launder
For delicate fabrics, test the cleaning product on a hidden area first
Do not put the clothing in the dryer until the stain is gone
