Use an oil-based cleanser or makeup remover
Apply micellar water to a cotton pad and hold it on the stain
Gently rub with petroleum jelly or coconut oil
Use a lip scrub or soft toothbrush with a little sugar and oil
Wipe with warm water and a damp cloth
Repeat as needed until the stain fades
Follow with lip balm to prevent dryness
