Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password
Check your trusted device for a verification code
Check your trusted phone number for a verification code
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap Change Password
Enter your device passcode
Create a new Apple password
On a Mac, open System Settings
Click your name
Click Sign-In & Security
Click Change Password
Enter your Mac password
Create a new Apple password
If you cannot access your trusted devices, use account recovery at iforgot.apple.com
