Sweep up the absorbent material

Use a concrete-safe degreaser for stubborn stains
Apply a poultice made from baking soda and acetone or a commercial stain remover if the stain remains
Pressure wash the area if appropriate for the concrete surface
Seal the concrete after cleaning to help prevent future stains
