Cut off the crown
Score the skin into sections
Break the pomegranate apart along the score lines
Hold a section over a bowl
Tap the back of the section with a spoon
Pull out any remaining seeds by hand
Remove white pith and membrane
Repeat with all sections
Strain out any debris from the seeds
