Go to the Xbox refund request page
Open your order history
Find the purchase you want refunded
Select Request a refund
Choose a refund reason
Submit the request
Wait for Microsoft to review it
Check your email for the decision
If approved, wait for the refund to return to your original payment method
If the refund option is missing, contact Xbox Support
