Wash feet daily with soap and water
Dry feet thoroughly, especially between the toes
Change socks at least once a day
Wear moisture-wicking socks
Rotate shoes and let them air out between wears
Use foot powder or antifungal powder
Apply antiperspirant to feet
Wear breathable shoes made of leather or mesh
Avoid wearing the same shoes every day
Use odor-fighting insoles
Trim toenails and keep feet clean
Soak feet in vinegar or Epsom salt solution
Treat athlete’s foot if present
Keep feet dry during the day
Avoid synthetic socks and tight shoes
Wash shoes or replace them if they smell badly
See a doctor if odor persists or is severe
