How To Get Rid Of Personas P5R?

Open the Persona menu

Select the Persona you want to remove

Choose Discard

Confirm the discard

Use the Velvet Room if you want to fuse unwanted Personas instead

Use the Compendium to re-summon any Persona you may need later
