1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves or cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Heat over medium heat
Stir until smooth and slightly thickened
Brush over ham during the last 20 to 30 minutes of baking
Reapply once or twice while baking for a glossy finish
