Use multiple traps and place them in pairs
Check and reset traps daily

Vacuum with a HEPA filter and disinfect affected areas
Replace damaged insulation if contaminated
Use bait stations only if legal and placed according to label instructions
Avoid loose poison in the attic
Monitor for new droppings, noises, or gnaw marks
