Check TikTok is down in your region by trying a different network or using a mobile data connection
Force close TikTok and reopen it
Restart your phone
Update TikTok to the latest version
Clear TikTok cache (Settings → Apps → TikTok → Storage → Clear cache)
Log out and log back in
Check for VPN or proxy usage and disable it
Turn off Private DNS (Settings → Network/Connections → Private DNS → Off)
Check date and time settings are set to automatic
Free up storage space on your device
Reinstall TikTok (uninstall, restart phone, reinstall)
Check app permissions (allow Camera/Microphone/Storage as needed)
If account access is blocked, submit an appeal in the TikTok app or on the TikTok website
If you received a ban or violation notice, follow the steps in the notice to resolve it
Contact TikTok Support from the app (Settings → Report a problem/Help Center)
