Open the myCricket app or sign in to your Cricket account online
Go to Account settings or Profile
Select Number Transfer PIN or Transfer PIN
Request a new PIN
Verify your identity if prompted
Use the PIN provided by Cricket
If you cannot access your account, call Cricket customer support at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538)
Visit a Cricket store for in-person help if needed
