Open the Security app on your Redmi Y2
Tap App lock
Set up a password or pattern if prompted
Tap Hidden apps
Turn on the apps you want to hide
Return to the home screen
Pinch out on the home screen with two fingers to open Hidden apps
Enter the App lock password or pattern if required
Access the hidden apps from there
