Select the column or columns you want to hide
Right-click the selected column header
Click Hide column
To hide multiple columns, select adjacent column headers first
To hide non-adjacent columns, hide them one by one
To unhide columns, click the small arrows that appear between the hidden columns
You can also use the Format menu if needed, then choose Hide and unhide and Hide columns
