How To Insert Excel In PPT?

Open the PowerPoint presentation

Go to the slide where you want to insert Excel content

Click the Insert tab

Select Object

Choose Create from file

Browse and select the Excel file

Click Insert

Choose Link if you want the Excel file to stay connected to the source

Click OK

Resize and position the inserted Excel object on the slide

Alternatively, copy the Excel range

Paste it into PowerPoint

Choose Paste Special if needed

Select Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object or Paste as Picture

Adjust formatting and size as needed
