Open your PowerPoint presentation
Go to the slide where you want the video
Click the Insert tab
Select Video
Choose Video on My PC or This Device for a local file
Choose Online Video if inserting from a web source
Browse to the video file and select it
Click Insert
Resize and position the video on the slide
Use the Playback tab to set video options
Choose whether the video starts Automatically or On Click
Trim the video if needed
Set volume and playback preferences if needed
Save the presentation
Test the video in Slide Show mode
