Open your PowerPoint presentation
Go to the slide where you want the video
Click the Insert tab
Select Video
Choose Video on My PC or This Device
Browse to the video file
Select the video and click Insert
Resize and move the video on the slide
Use the Video Format and Playback tabs to adjust settings
Save the presentation
Test the slideshow to confirm the video plays correctly
