Select the same number of existing rows as the number of rows you want to insert
Right-click the selected row numbers
Click Insert rows above or Insert rows below
To insert multiple rows at once, first highlight multiple adjacent rows
Use the toolbar menu: Insert > Rows > Insert X rows above or Insert X rows below
On mobile, tap the row number, select multiple rows if available, then choose Insert rows above or Insert rows below
Use keyboard shortcuts after selecting rows if supported by your device and browser
Repeat the insert action if you need additional rows beyond the initial selection
