Select the cell or range of cells
Click the Increase indent button in the toolbar
Click the Decrease indent button to reduce indentation
Use the Format menu if the indent buttons are not visible
Go to Format
Select Alignment
Choose an indent option if available
Use spaces only if you need a manual visual indent
Apply indentation separately to each cell if needed
