Open Google Sheets and create or open your spreadsheet
Enter your data in columns or rows with labels
Select the data range you want to graph
Click Insert
Click Chart
In the Chart editor, open the Setup tab
Click the Chart type dropdown
Choose Bar chart or Column chart
Check that the correct data range and labels are selected
Use the Customize tab to adjust titles, colors, axes, and legend if needed
Click outside the chart to save it on the sheet
