Select the cells where you want the drop-down list
Click Data
Click Data validation
Under Criteria, choose Dropdown or Dropdown from a range
If using Dropdown, enter the list items
If using Dropdown from a range, select the cell range with the items
Choose whether to show a drop-down list in the cell
Set the invalid data behavior if needed
Click Save
Click a cell to use the drop-down list
