Select the cell or range where you want the drop-down list
Click Data in the top menu
Click Data validation
Under Criteria, choose Dropdown
Enter the list items you want
Click Done
To use a range of cells as the source, choose Dropdown from a range
Select the source range
Click Done
To edit the drop-down, select the cell and open Data validation again
To remove the drop-down, delete the data validation rule
