Open your PowerPoint presentation
Go to the slide where you want to insert the video
Click the Insert tab
Select Video
Choose This Device or Online Video, depending on your source
Browse and select the video file
Click Insert
Resize and position the video on the slide
Use the Playback tab to set video options if needed
Save your presentation
