How to Install a Gas Dryer?

Turn off the gas supply

Connect the dryer vent to the exhaust outlet

Secure the vent with a clamp or foil tape

Make sure the vent is not kinked or blocked

Plug the dryer into a grounded outlet

Level the dryer

Test the dryer on a short cycle

Verify proper ignition, airflow, and exhaust

Call a licensed gas technician if required by local code
