Gather the wall mount, TV, studs finder, drill, level, tape measure, pencil, screwdriver, socket wrench, and anchors if needed
Check the TV weight and VESA pattern against the mount specifications
Choose the mounting location and desired viewing height
Use a stud finder to locate wall studs
Mark the stud centers on the wall
Hold the wall plate against the wall and mark the drill holes
Use a level to ensure the wall plate is straight
Drill pilot holes into the studs
Attach the wall plate to the wall with lag bolts and tighten securely
Attach the mounting brackets to the back of the TV
Lift the TV and hook or secure it onto the wall plate
Tighten all locking screws or safety fasteners
Check that the TV is level and firmly mounted
Connect cables and manage them safely
Test the mount by gently verifying stability
