Locate the .CAB file on your device
Open Command Prompt as administrator
Run `dism /online /add-package /packagepath:”C:pathtofile.cab”`
Wait for the installation to complete
Restart the computer if prompted
If needed, install from Windows Update or use the appropriate setup tool for the CAB package type
